About
The talented Porsche works driver, Julien Andlauer, began his motorsport career in karting. He took part in various Porsche Carrera Cups, including in France and Germany. At the age of 18, Julien made motorsport history as the youngest class winner of the 24 Hours of Le Mans.
A new smiling face in the Porsche Penske family
Andlauer had a stellar maiden Hypercar season 2024 in the WEC with the Porsche customer racing team Proton Competition. His season impressed fans, the Porsche Penske Motorsport team and also the WEC itself, which presented him with the Revelation of the Year award in Bahrain which he says was a “huge surprise.”
He has been a works driver in the Porsche Penske Motorsport Team since 2025. Since 2026 he drives the #7 Porsche 963 alongside Felipe Nasr in the IMSA WeatherTec SportsCar Championship.
