The Junior Programme has been in existence since 1997.
More than 30 Juniors were trained in the Junior Programme and accompanied on their way to becoming professional race drivers.

Within their participation in the Junior Programme, the Juniors work with various experts in order to be able to perform at their best on and off the track. In addition to driver coaching and financial support that the Juniors receive as part of their participation in the Porsche Mobil 1 Supercup, these include the following measures: Individual mental coaching, intensive support in the area of fitness and health, extensive workshops on media and communication, networking within the company and with other professional athletes, regular development meetings
After their successful participation in the Junior Programme the aim is to offer the Juniors a contract as a Porsche contract driver where they support Porsche customer racing teams. Of course, every participant has the goal of occupying a Porsche factory cockpit at some point.
