Porsche Carrera Cup North America

Welcome to the pinnacle of one-make racing in North America.

Launched in 2021, Porsche Carrera Cup North America (PCCNA) is the premier one-make championship on the continent.

The series features identical Porsche 911 Cup race cars and showcases professional competition alongside Formula 1, IMSA, and IndyCar events.

Marquee events. Identical machinery. World-class competition.

Porsche Carrera Cup North America is the premier one-make championship on the continent, attracting a mix of emerging young talent and seasoned gentlemen drivers from across North America and around the world. Competitors race in identical Porsche 911 Cup cars (Type 992.2) – the latest evolution of Porsche’s purpose-built race machine. The championship races alongside the biggest events on the motorsport calendar, including the Grand Prix of Long Beach, 12 Hours of Sebring, Watkins Glen Six Hours, Petit Le Mans, and the Indianapolis Motor Speedway Six Hours – plus two marquee rounds supporting Formula 1 in Miami and Austin. With capacity grids, world-class drivers, and unmatched event presence, Porsche Carrera Cup North America represents the pinnacle of one-make competition.

The Porsche 911 Cup.

As one of only four global Porsche series debuting the new Porsche 911 Cup car (Type 992.2) in 2026, Carrera Cup North America continues to underscore its position as one of the most important and visible platforms in global Porsche Motorsport.

Three classes. One series.

Porsche Carrera Cup North America features three highly competitive categories, each defined by driver age and designed to highlight talent across all stages of a racing career.

The ExxonMobil Pro class.

Drivers under 35 showcase the championship’s fiercest competition, with five different champions from five different countries since 2021, underscoring the international caliber and parity at the front of the field.

The Solairus Aviation Pro-Am class.

For drivers aged from 35 to 50, the Solairus Aviation Pro-Am category blends experience with ambition, creating a relentless midfield where race craft, consistency, and precision often determine championship outcomes.

The Solairus Aviation Masters class.

For drivers 50 and over, the Solairus Aviation Masters class delivers its own brand of intensity, proving that age has no bearing on the desire to compete at the highest level, with every season producing tight point battles and standout performances across the grid.

Global platform.

Since its debut in Germany in 1990, Porsche Carrera Cup racing has provided identical machinery and absolute parity, producing some of the purest driver competition in global motorsport.

Complete factory-backed support.

Porsche Carrera Cup North America benefits from full factory support through Porsche Motorsport North America, including technical expertise, parts access, and professional guidance. You don’t just race a Porsche – you race with Porsche.

VIP hospitality.

Premium trackside hospitality delivers exclusive access, comfort, and meaningful engagement for partners and guests.

Beyond the grid.

Through driver development initiatives, strategic partnerships, and comprehensive factory support, Porsche Motorsport North America creates opportunities on and off the track for Carrera Cup drivers, teams, and partners.

The car.

For 2026, Porsche Carrera Cup North America becomes one of only four Porsche One-Make championships globally to field the new 911 Cup (Type 992.2).
