The debut brought a distinct sense of occasion, as participant Porsche road cars shared the paddock and schedule with two Porsche customer racing championships.
The day began under thick morning fog that added atmosphere and anticipation before giving way to hot, sunny conditions for the opening sessions. Exhilarating hot laps bring the day to a close.
As the Texas skies shifted once more, the GT Track Day experience concluded with one of its most anticipated moments. Participants strapped in for exhilarating hot lap rides that showcased both driver skill and Porsche’s One‑Make racing machinery.
Hot laps were delivered in the Porsche 911 Cup (Type 992.2), driven by professional race car driver Alec Udell, along with the Porsche 911 GT3 Cup (Type 992.1) piloted by Porsche Sprint Challenge North America young star Riley Giacomazzi.
