The Porsche Carrera Cup Deutschland provides extensive support for young talent, consistently positioning itself as a training platform for young racing drivers entering professional motorsport. Since 2018, the Talent Pool, coached by former Porsche works driver Wolf Henzler, has been the flagship project for promoting young talent.

The members of the Talent Pool for the 2025 season are Daniel Gregor from Germany (Team75 Bernhard), Emely de Heus (ID Racing), Kas Haverkort (Team GP Elite), Flynt Schuring (Schumacher CLRT), Senna van Soelen (Team75 Bernhard) from the Netherlands, Kiano Blum from Austria (ID Racing), Matheus Ferreira from Brazil (Target) and Joseph Warhurst from England (Team Proton Huber Competition).

The group comprises Carrera Cup newcomers and drivers with some experience with the German one-make cup. Van Soelen, Haverkort, Schuring and Blum are already in their second season. Schuring is the reigning Rookie Champion.

Hailing from ADAC GT4 Germany, Warhurst won the Porsche Sprint Challenge in his home country in 2023. Before familiarising himself extensively with the Porsche 911 GT3 Cup in the Porsche Sprint Challenge Southern Europe last winter. Ferreira competed in the Brazilian Formula 4 Championship. Gregor spent the 2024 season in the Porsche Carrera Cup Italia.

All members of the Talent Pool were aged 21 or under at the start of the season. The youngest member of the group is Kiano Blum, who turned 18 shortly after the opening race in Imola.

  • Kick-off event (including media training and factory visit)
