Michelle Gatting began her career in karting, where she achieved major success with runner-up finishes in the German Kart Championship. She later moved into formula racing. Since joining the Iron Dames program, she has competed in the FIA World Endurance Championship and other series, highlighted by a class win at the 8 Hours of Bahrain and a runner-up finish in the FIA Endurance Trophy for LMGTE Am Drivers.
