Porsche Penske Motorsport will once again field a third car at the 24 Hours of Le Mans in June.
The team is thrilled to confirm an additional entry for the FIA World Endurance Championship’s landmark event, taking place on June 14-15 at the Circuit de la Sarthe.
The #4 car will join the full-season #5 and #6 entries, alongside the customer-fielded Proton Competition #99 Porsche 963.
Its line-up will comprise of reigning IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar champion Felipe Nasr, team-mate and recent endurance grand slam winner Nick Tandy, alongside a third driver yet to be confirmed.
Manthey Racing has also secured a third entry for the LMGT3 class.
The #90 Porsche 911 GT3 R will be shared by Antares Au, Klaus Bachler and Loek Hartog.
It will join the team’s regular #85 Iron Dames and #92 1st Phorm cars.
