The DTM season continues, this time with a visit to the Netherlands at Circuit Zandvoort.

With so much in store, here’s a full preview of all the Porsche Motorsport activities taking place in June:

WEC: 24 Hours of Le Mans

June brings one of the motorsport calendar’s biggest events of the year: The 24 Hours of Le Mans.

Held annually for over 100 years, the classic event attracts over 300,000 people to the French city for one of motorsport’s most iconic races.

The race takes place on June 14 and 15 this year, with practice and qualifying taking place across June 11 and 12.

Three Porsche Penske Motorsport Porsche 963 will take part in this year’s race, as well as one Porsche 963 fielded by Proton Competition. In LMGT3, Manthey Racing will run three Porsche 911 GT3 R.

IMSA: Watkins Glen

The IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship heads to Watkins Glen for its sixth round of the season on June 22, the Sahlen’s Six Hours of the Glen.

One of the five races which make up the championship’s Endurance Cup, this classic American sportscar track is sure to provide another thrilling race.

Porsche Penske Motorsport is dominating the 2025 IMSA season, with a 100% win record so far this year. So far, it has taken four wins in a row, with both cars on the podium at every race.

Reigning champion Felipe Nasr and team-mate Nick Tandy lead the way in the drivers’ standings, having taken three of those four wins, including at the 24 Hours of Daytona and 12 Hours of Sebring.

Close behind in second are Matt Campbell and Mathieu Jaminet, who claimed their first win of the season at Laguna Seca.

Porsche also leads the manufacturers’ standings by 45 points from BMW.

Formula E: Shanghai and Jakarta

Formula E continues its run of Asian races in June, heading first to Shanghai for another double-header on May 31 and June 1, before visiting Jakarta on June 21.

The all-electric championship takes to Shanghai International Circuit for a pair of races - Rounds 10 and 11 of 16.

It is the second time the series has visited Shanghai, having first raced in China in 2014 with a race in Beijing. António Félix da Costa took victory at one of the two races held here last year.

Porsche filled three of the top four places in the second Tokyo race last time out, with a second-place finish for reigning world champion Pascal Wehrlein boosting him to second in the drivers’ standings. Da Costa is close behind in third.

The TAG Heuer Porsche Formula E Team is just 15 points behind the leader in the teams’ standings after nine rounds of 16.

After Shanghai, the championship heads to Jakarta, Indonesia, for Round 12 - its first visit to the archipelago since the 2022-23 season, when Wehrlein claimed victory.

Esports: R1

The Rennsport R1 championship reaches its final stages in June, with Round 8 taking place on June 6 ahead of the grand finale at the Esports World Cup in July.

Round 8 will see all four groups go head-to-head in the penultimate round of this year’s championship.

The Porsche Coanda Esports Racing Team topped the seeding stage, and currently leads the group stage by one point over second-placed Team Redline,

A total of 12 teams are competing in the event, with at least four drivers each. The Porsche Coanda Esports Racing Team line-up comprises of Dayne Warren, Jordan Caruso, Joshua Rogers and Charlie Collins, with Mitchell deJong and Elvis Rankin as reserve drivers.

International GT Challenge: Nürburgring and Spa 24 Hours

The International GT Challenge returns for its second and third rounds of the year in June, with the blockbuster back-to-back of the Nürburgring and Spa 24 Hours.

Taking place on consecutive weekends at the end of June, the championship will head straight to Germany from Le Mans, tackling the Nordschleife from June 19 to 22.

Big names including reigning WEC drivers’ champions Kévin Estre and Laurens Vanthoor, fellow Porsche Penske Motorsport driver Julien Andlauer and all three Manthey Racing DTM drivers will take part in this year’s event.

The following weekend, the paddock heads to Spa for the iconic 24-hour race.

IMSA pairing Matt Campbell and Mathieu Jaminet will join forces with Bastian Buus in the Dinamic Pro entry, while a whole host of other fan favourites including Patrick Pilet will also race.

DTM: Zandvoort

The DTM season holds its third round of the season in June, heading to the Netherlands’ Circuit Zandvoort from June 6 to 8.

Set in the sand dunes near the North Sea coast line 35km / 21mi west of Amsterdam, this old school circuit has hosted racing for over 75 years.

Manthey Racing heads to the third round of eight with a strong start behind it, and sits second in the standings after two rounds.

Ayhancan Güven sits seventh in the drivers’ championship, with Thomas Preining in eighth.

The pair both took points finishes in the Saturday race at the Lausitzring, round two of this year’s championship. In the Sunday race, rookie Morris Schuring scored his first points of the season.

This round came after a strong start to the season at Oschersleben, with Güven winning the second race while Preining joined him on the podium.

The pair also had a double points finish in the Saturday race that weekend, with fourth place for Preining and seventh for Güven.
