“At home, it’s a bit more calm, let’s say. We start the week with a meeting to have knowledge about what is the points, what is the goal we need to reach. Here on the track, it’s a bit more stressful, a bit more time pressure. We start every morning with a crew meeting, we have a catch-up with the engineers, with the drivers, if there are any open points. Mostly we have a fire-up, set-up, and then we are ready to go out.”

“I was actually the first full-time employee of the Porsche Penske Motorsport Germany side, or the WEC side, so I started from scratch. It’s something I’m very proud about. I know everybody from the beginning, I was working on each PPM car which is existing right now. It’s a really nice feeling and makes me proud.”
