Porsche Carrera World Cup unites Porsche racing drivers from around the globe to compete on an equal footing, showcasing their talent and race craft behind the wheel of the iconic Porsche 911 GT3 Cup. The Porsche Carrera World Cup is based on a four-day race concept from 5th to 8th of March 2026 on Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya that offers drivers a unique opportunity to race against up to a maximum of 120 other drivers from the international Porsche One-Make Series.
Designed for both gentlemen drivers and young talents, the Porsche Carrera World Cup offers three racing classes: the PRO class, the PRO-AM class, and the Michelin Cup class.
The Porsche Carrera World Cup race weekend features different stages. The best drivers will progress through 5 races to determine the winners. The Porsche Carrera World Cup starts off with collective testing sessions on Thursday. The group phase will be held on Friday and Saturday and features one qualifying and three races for each group. After the group phase, championship-like standings will determine which drivers progress to Sunday morning. Half of the grid in each class will proceed to the semi-finals, where another qualifying session and race will be held. Ultimately, the Porsche Carrera World Cup winners will be crowned in the final race on Sunday afternoon.
The Porsche Carrera World Cup is a spectacular showcase of international talent from the Porsche one-make series, featuring 15 intense sprint races across a dynamic race weekend. Designed to bring together the best Porsche 911 GT3 Cup drivers from all over the world, the Porsche Carrera World Cup delivers a racing format that combines high-speed action, strategic competition, and a global stage — culminating in the crowning of three Porsche Carrera World Cup winners (one per class).
