Jean-Philippe Sarrazin

Race engineer WEC #6

Personal take

From his seat on the pit wall, Jean-Philippe oversees all activity on the #6 Porsche 963 - including the team’s first WEC win in Qatar last year and its stunning victory in the WEC drivers’ championship. Managing run plans and overseeing all the mechanics and engineers are all in a day’s work for Jean-Philippe. He has been with the team for a year, after 15 years working in LMP2 before a stint with the Lamborghini Hypercar project. He is an avid bookworm - both work-related and otherwise!

If you do your job well, you are winning races.
