Professional Paddock Appearance & Operations
The paddock set-up is coordinated by the Porsche Mobil 1 Supercup Organisation. Only team trucks are permitted to park in the paddock, and every team truck must display two or three national flags—one per driver.
All team awnings and work areas must maintain a tidy, professional, and clean appearance at all times. Parking road vehicles within the Porsche Mobil 1 Supercup paddock is not permitted. In addition, motorhomes or similar vehicles are prohibited across the entire Formula 1 event area, including the Porsche Mobil 1 Supercup paddock.
Teams are only allowed to begin dismantling their displays according to the time set in the official event schedule.
At certain events, road vehicles are used to transport equipment to the pit lane. For this reason, any trailers used for transporting equipment and wheels must be compatible with standard car coupling devices.
Parking
Access to the Supercup paddock itself is limited exclusively to team trucks. Parking of road vehicles in the paddock is not permitted. There is no Motorhome parking anywhere within the Formula 1 event area, including the Supercup paddock. Parking for Motorhomes needs to be arranged by the teams via the event promoters or private suppliers. All road vehicles must use the official Support Event Parking areas, which are accessible by parking pass only and do not grant access to the Formula 1 paddock or grandstands. Parking entitlements per race event are as follows:
Permanent Teams: up to five parking passes for the first two entered cars, plus two additional passes for each further entered car.
Guest Entries: up to two parking passes per entered car per race event.
Pass Allocation
As per the entry forms, 12 passes are available per car and event.
For Permanent Teams the allocation is set to the standard of 4 permanent passes and 4 Race by Race passes both with picture and access to the pit lane.
For Guest Entries the allocation is set to the standard of 8 Race by Race passes with picture and access to the pit lane.
In each case the remaining 4 passes will be issued with support event paddock access only.
Important note: Passes do not provide access to the Formula One paddock or grandstands.
Porsche Team Catering
Porsche Team Catering will be available at all Porsche Mobil 1 Supercup events.
It provides food and beverage exclusively for the entered teams, their personnel, drivers and guests.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be served buffet style in the Porsche Catering tent. Please note that no dinner service is provided on Sundays.
For service times please check the individual event schedule. Hot and cold beverages are available throughout the entire day. Per entered car, each team will receive 5 x 3-Day Team Catering Packages free of charge.
Additionally, 1-, 2- or 3-Day Catering Packages can be purchased prior to the event, subject to availability. Furthermore, Lunch and Dinner Packages are available for set-up day upon request. These must be ordered in writing to Birgit Sauermann no later than two weeks prior to the event.
Catering packages are sold exclusively to teams.
Teams are not permitted to organise their own catering or hospitality for guests within the Porsche Mobil 1 Supercup paddock.

Formula One Paddock Club Access (Ticket Facilitation)
The Formula One Paddock Club is not part of the Porsche Mobil 1 Supercup. The Supercup only facilitates ticket requests
The Formula One Paddock Club is one of the most exceptional places to experience a Grand Prix race weekend as well as the Porsche Mobil 1 Supercup. It is situated above the F1 pitlane, depending on the race event, either in individual airconditioned suites or on the rooftop of the pit building. Take the opportunity to visit our Porsche Mobil 1 Supercup Paddock, get a chance to speak to drivers, their engineers and Team Managers who are all more than happy to answer your questions.
