As the season wraps up, here’s a preview of Porsche Motorsport’s activities in November.

With the racing season coming to a close as winter draws in, November is a quieter month for racing.

But there is still plenty of action to follow, with the FIA World Endurance Championship hosting its season finale and the FIA GT World Cup taking place in Macau.

This year’s Porsche Junior Shootout event also takes place this month, with 12 talented young drivers competing to become the 2027 Porsche Junior.

Here’s a full preview of all the Porsche Motorsport activities taking place in November:

WEC: 6 Hours of Monza

The FIA World Endurance Championship will host its final round of 2026 at the Autodromo Nazionale di Monza on November 8, as part of a relocated end to the season.

In place of the 8 Hours of Bahrain, the series will head to Italy for its last round of 2026: The 6 Hours of Monza.

The iconic Temple of Speed has a long association with the endurance racing stretching back more than 60 years, having been a mainstay of the FIA World Sportscar Championship calendar, and the FIA WEC last raced there from 2021 to 2023.

The 5.793 km / 3.600 mi track features 11 turns, and is sure to deliver a thrilling end to the 2026 campaign.

The #92 The Bend Manthey crew heads into the season finale in second place in the LMGT3 standings, 18 points behind the leaders.

Richard Lietz, Riccardo Pera and Yasser Shahin enter the final round off the back of winning last time out at the 6 Hours of Barcelona.

Customer racing: FIA GT World Cup, Macau

Porsche customer teams will head to the streets of Macau for the iconic Macau Grand Prix in November.

The 6.120 km / 3.9 mi Guia Circuit features 26 turns, twisting around the streets of the city with over 30 metres of elevation.

Four Porsche 911 GT3 R (992) (EVO) will feature on the entry list, with some of GT racing’s biggest names lining up on the grid.

Porsche factory drivers Laurin Heinrich and Thomas Preining, and Porsche contracted drivers Dorian Boccolacci and Alessio Picariello will represent the brand at the 73rd Macau Grand Prix.

The event will feature seven exciting races across several classes. The FIA GT World Cup will run alongside the FIA Formula Regional World Cup, the Kumho FIA TCR World Tour Event of Macau, the Macau Formula 4 Race, the Greater Bay Area GT Cup (GT4); and Macau Roadsport Challenge.

There is also two-wheeled action, with the 58th edition of the Macau Motorcycle Grand Prix taking place on the same weekend.

Porsche Motorsport: Junior Shoot-Out

The chase is on: 12 talented young drivers will compete to become the 2027 Porsche Junior in this year’s Junior Shoot-Out.

From November 11 to 15, the drivers - nominated from all Porsche Carrera Cups - will undergo a series of assessments, both on and off-track.

First, they will visit the state-of-the-art Porsche Esports Performance Center for a simulator assessment and various off-track checks such as media interviews, medical & mental checks.

From there, they will fly to Autódromo Internacional do Algarve - Portimão in Portugal for the on-track trials, which will be undertaken in a Porsche 911 Cup car.

The format will follow that of a race weekend, with two free practice sessions before qualifying and a race.

From there, drivers will be whittled down until one is selected as next year’s Junior, following in the footsteps of notable names including Timo Bernhard, Marc Lieb and Patrick Long.

The winner will be announced at the 2027 Porsche Motorsport Night of Champions in Weissach on December 5.
