The GT4 RS Clubsport serves as the ideal entry point from a Porsche street legal car to a racecar.
Thanks to its blend of durable, production-based technology and motorsport-specific components. Its strengths appeal to a wide spectrum of drivers – from young talents and rising stars to gentleman drivers and passionate track enthusiasts.
The GT4 RS Clubsport is remarkably accessible, offering easy handling and an intuitive driving experience. Closely related to its road-going counterpart yet enhanced with motorsport safety features, it is both safer and more forgiving.
Drivers benefit from elements such as a full roll cage, optimized aerodynamics, revised suspension, and modern comforts like air conditioning. With no clutch pedal and a PDK gearbox, the transition is seamless.
The result: the full 500 PS at your disposal, combined with handling that inspires confidence.
This makes the GT4 RS Clubsport the perfect next step for anyone looking to move from a street-legal car into a true race car – a straightforward and rewarding progression.
To achieve this step, Porsche offers with the Porsche Experience a range of driving formats designed to take participants from their very first laps on a circuit all the way to acquiring a racing license.
The program also places a strong emphasis on driving development. For instance, the GT4 RS Clubsport is featured in the Master Racecar Programme, which includes 1:1 coaching with professional instructors.
At GT Trackdays, participants can either drive independently or work with instructors to refine their skills and fully unlock the potential of these machines on the racetrack.

Benefit from the expertise of over 100 experienced Porsche instructors, and master iconic circuits such as Spa-Francorchamps, the Red Bull Ring, and the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya – all behind the wheel of your very own GT4 RS Clubsport.
Another legendary circuit is the Nürburgring Nordschleife. To compete in the renowned 24 Hours race there, drivers must first acquire a special permit.
A predecessor of the GT4 RS Clubsport has been widely used in the Nürburgring Endurance Series (NLS) for this purpose. A few weeks ago, Formula 1 World Champion Max Verstappen joined Porsche Junior Alessandro Ghiretti, Porsche Supercup 2025 runner-up Robert de Haan, and Porsche factory driver Michelle Gatting in using a Porsche GT4 model to earn his permit to compete in the Nordschleife’s top class.
The GT4 RS Clubsport is not only a proven performer in Germany but also a true global contender. It is raced in more than 20 international series and events across both sprint and endurance formats, with varied driver lineups spanning Pro, Pro-Am, and Am categories.
Within Porsche’s own one-make series, the 718 Cayman GT4 RS Clubsport has established a strong foothold.
In 2024, six dedicated GT4 series have featured the model, with another six integrating it into mixed grids – providing a clear pathway for drivers aspiring to step up into the Porsche 911 GT3 Cup.
It also competes in renowned SRO GT4 homologated series and GT4 Germany, FFSA, IMSA Michelin Pilot Challenge, and GT America.

It builds the line-up for Porsche Customer Racing for 2026, together with the Porsche 911 Cup 992.2 and the Porsche GT3 R Model Year 2026.
In 2024 alone, Porsche teams and drivers have contested more than 550 GT4 races worldwide, securing 19 overall victories, 80 class wins, and 11 championship titles.
The car notched over 200 podiums from more than 550 race starts. Highlights included W&S Motorsport sweeping all titles in ADAC GT4 Germany – one of the world’s most prestigious GT4 championships and a proven springboard into GT3 competition and the DTM.
So far this season, the GT4 RS Clubsport has already scored 10 overall victories, 33 class victories, and 103 podium finishes from more than 400 race starts.
Now, for the first time, this proven race car is within reach of Porsche Trackday customers.
