Joe Marshall takes another hat-trick of victories

Joe Marshall (Team Parker Racing) from Cheshire drove to glory in all three races at Oulton Park, as he continued an unbroken run of wins in 2026. The result – at his home circuit – saw Marshall match, and then exceed, the record for the most victories in championship history. Marshall's overall win in Round Six was the record 12th of his Porsche racing career, and a sixth consecutive victory this season.

There were two new winners in the RS Am category. Daniel Lewis (Race Car Consultants) from Essex, and James Seale (Xentek Motorsport) from Hampshire, enjoyed maiden category victories. And there was also a new winner in the Clubsport category. Gracie Mitchell (Graves Motorsport) from Teesside, and repeat winner Gabe Fairbrother (Graves Motorsport) from nearby Chester, made visits to the top step of the category rostrum.

Marshall is unbeatable in RS Pro

Marshall qualified on pole position for the opening race of the weekend, mastering a drying track to finish the session 0.077-seconds ahead of Ethan Hammerton (Graves Motorsport) from North Yorkshire. Marshall led into the first corner of the opening race, followed by Hammerton. Porsche Esports factory driver Joshua Rogers (Team Parker Racing) made a good start to accelerate from sixth up to third on the opening lap, while Matthew Kyle-Henney (Clean Racing) from Hampshire got ahead of Christopher Bingham (Raceworks Motorsport) from Nottingham for fourth.

Rogers soon closed on Hammerton, but during his attempt to pass at Knickerbrook there was contact. Hammerton was left stranded in the gravel trap while Rogers continued his race. The Safety Car was scrambled to allow for the recovery of Hammerton’s stricken car, and the race restarted with six minutes remaining on the clock. Marshall now led Rogers and Kyle-Henney, and although Rogers closed on the leader in the final laps, the order remained the same to the flag. Marshall took his fourth overall win of the season, with Kyle-Henney enjoying his first RS Pro category podium result.

Marshall started from the front again in the weekend’s second race, with Hammerton alongside once more. The top two held their positions at the start, with Kyle-Henney moving into third place overall. Newcomer Felix Livesey (Xentek Motorsport) from Preston in Lancashire, and ex-BTCC racer Dan Zelos (Graves Motorsport) from Norfolk, adopted sixth and seventh places while engaging in a close fight with RS Am’s Lewis. Zelos soon got ahead of Livesey, and he continued his progress in the closing stages of the race, passing Bingham for fifth overall at Old Hall Corner.

Marshall took the chequered flag first, in the process becoming the most successful driver in championship history, with the highest number of overall wins. Marshall’s 11 victories surpassed the record held by 2025 overall Porsche Sprint Challenge GB champion, Tom Bradshaw, with 10 wins to his name. Marshall, was joined on the overall podium in Round Five by Hammerton and Kyle-Henney.

Marshall led the final race at Oulton Park, with Hammerton successfully defending an attack from Kyle-Henney to retain second. Livesey continued his impressive debut weekend when he overtook Bingham for sixth at the chicane. At the halfway point the Safety Car neutralised the action to allow for the recovery of a stranded vehicle. Harvey suffered a spin at Island Bend after the restart, but he managed to continue. Marshall took his third lights-to-flag win of the weekend, and he was joined on the RS Pro category podium by Hammerton and Kyle-Henney.

Lewis and Seale are new winners in RS Am

Seale was the fastest RS Am driver in qualifying, but at the start of the weekend’s first race he was overtaken by Lewis, relegating him to second place, with Reece Somerfield (Breakell Racing) from Walsall in the West Midlands occupying third in the category order. Following the Safety Car period, Somerfield and Seale enjoyed in a close fight, running side-by-side into Old Hall Corner where the latter emerged ahead. However, Seale would soon receive a five-second time penalty for exceeding track limits, putting him behind Somerfield on corrected time. Lewis took his first RS Am category win, with Somerfield in second, and Seale claiming a maiden podium result.

Seale started ahead of his RS Am rivals, and found himself leading Lewis and Aimee Watts (Clean Racing) from Kent, in the early stages of the weekend’s second race. Watts closed on Lewis in the middle phase of Round Five, but she could not find a way through. Somerfield suffered a spin at Lodge Corner towards the end of the race, but he continued. And in the final laps, Somerfield recovered by passing Richard Hosking (CCK Motorsport) from Gloucestershire for fifth in the category. Seale was clear to take the first category win of his Porsche racing career, with Lewis finishing in second and Watts in third.

Seale led Lewis at the start of Round Six, while Somerfield moved into third in the category as he got ahead of Watts. But Somerfield soon slowed, allowing Watts to regain the final podium spot. Halfway through the race Dean Burden (Toro Verde GT) from Lincolnshire made contact with Hosking, leaving the latter stranded in the gravel trap at Knickerbrook, and calling the Safety Car into action. The Round Six podium was formed by Seale, Lewis and Watts.

Mitchell and Fairbrother win in Clubsport

Mitchell was the fastest Clubsport driver in qualifying, and she would start Rounds Four and Five from category pole position. At the start of Round Four Mitchell led Fairbrother from Weston, and following the interruption of the Safety Car, Fairbrother closed on the category leader, but he could not find a way ahead. Mitchell took the flag for her first Clubsport victory, with Fairbrother finishing in second, and Alister Weston (Xentek Motorsport) from Kent successfully defending third for the final podium place.

Fairbrother overtook Mitchell at the start of Round Five, with Giancarlo Romano (Tuthill UK) from Glasgow gaining two places to snatch third. Mark McKenzie (Graves Motorsport) from Stockton-on-Tees passed Weston for fourth. In the middle part of the race Romano slipped backwards, with McKenzie adopting third in the category. Weston then attacked Romano for fourth, and in the dying moments of the race his perseverance paid off when he found himself ahead. Fairbrother took his fourth category win of the season, joined on the podium by Mitchell and McKenzie.

Fairbrother, Mitchell and McKenzie headed the Clubsport racers at the start of Round Six. Romano attacked Weston for fourth, and there was contact between them, with the latter saving a sideways moment at Lodge. Following the interruption of the Safety Car period, the order at the front of the category battle remained the same. Weston made his retirement on the final lap, while Fairbrother recorded another win, with Mitchell finishing in second, and McKenzie completing the last Clubsport podium of the weekend.
