75 Years of Porsche Motorsport

We’re Nowhere Near Done

Endless Achievements

As Porsche celebrates 75 years of motorsport excellence in 2026, it gives us the opportunity to reflect on what we have achieved. It all started with a class win at the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 1951 where Auguste Veuillet and Edmond Mouche drove the Porsche 356 SL to victory. In the following years until 1958, Porsche got another 7 wins.

This early success for the brand kickstarted what would become one of the most legendary racing brands in motorsport history. Porsche Motorsport would go on to see success in a wide variety of racing disciplines. Sportscar sprint racing, endurance racing, Dakar victories, rally victories, local championships and winning on the biggest stages in the world of motorsport.
